A couple of nights ago, the Texas Rangers set a modern era record for most runs scored by one team in a game by posting 30 runs on the Baltimore Orioles. Ouch. They were really trying not to score for the last several of those, too. It was pretty bad.
had a great phone interview with the Baseball Tonight crew about the game. I looked all over youtube, but couldn't find it at first. However, my friend, Daniel, has found it and provided it on his blog. So, I'm totally leeching it now and providing it here.
Tim Kurkjian greatness.

- Paul Shuey (the pitcher who allowed the final 9 runs in the Rangers game)

Me too. As is, I only watched the second half because the first few innings were being played while I was at and coming home from work.
